Family and Whanau Fieldworker Service
We have two Family and Whanau Fieldworkers who provide support, education and advocacy. Confidentiality is guaranteed and the Fieldworkers are available to meet with you either at our offices at the Historic Village, or at a place of your choosing e.g. a cafeteria or your home.
Our Fieldworkers facilitate educational workshops and support groups.
We provide assistance, where appropriate, to identify suitable services to support the best outcome for your family and whanau.
We provide assistance to navigate mental health services.
Support Zone
Support Zone is about meeting others around your age who also have somebody important to them that lives with mental unwellness or addiction. You will learn about what mental unwellness and addiction are and how it affects your loved ones life.
We can assist you to find the answers to any questions you may have.
You will learn useful tools that will help you get through the tough times.

Referral Process :
Referrals to our services can be made by anyone including :
- Self referrals
- Hospital services
- Community services
- Doctors
- Schools
FAMILY CONNECTIONS
We facilitate a program for family members who have a loved one experiencing Borderline Personality Disorder (B.P.D.). The program named Family Connections is held for twelve weeks, one evening a week for 2 to 3 hours. Family Connections was developed specifically to educate families.
