About Us

Family Link

We are based in the beautiful Historic Village in Tauranga and the boundaries of our service are Waihi Beach in the North, Maketu in the South and the Kaimai Ranges in the West.

We have two contracts with the Bay of Plenty District Health Board. One to support family and whanau who have a family member who is experiencing mental unwellness, and the other supporting children, adolescents and youth who have a parent or family and whanau member with mental unwellness. (COPMIA) Check out our Support Zone Page on this Website.

We have a library, booklets and pamphlets available as a resource.

We have a lot to offer and share with the community. We encourage individuals or services to keep us in mind and refer to us when the need arises. Give us a call on: 07 5771457, or fill out a referral form and fax it to us.

Together we can make a difference.
